When you book your reception with Gourmet Caterng, our focus is totally on you.  All our foods are made to order - there is no mass production.  We do not cater multiple events on the same day and we do not try to lock you into packages that other clients have already ordered to ensure less expenses and more convenience for us.

Some couples wish the caterer to take care of everything and other couples would like to take care of some of the reception details themseleves.  It is totally up to you.  That is why we have priced everything out separately so that you can decide what works best for you.

We can advise you on venues, rentals, d.j's, wedding cake, photographer, florist and wedding planner.

Gourmet Catering offers three wedding packages and three brunch menus plus a couple of menus for a casual reception.  You may prefer to serve a selection of appetizers at your recpetion rather than an entree.  If you have any items in mind that are not on our menus, please call.  We have no problem in customizing menus.

It is impossible for us to list everything our chefs can prepare!
