                           WE ONLY CATER ONE WEDDING AT A TIME - 
so you will have our undivided attention.        With 20 years experience, we know how to make your special day really special! We have three menu package options:  Sterling, Silver and Gold Packages, plus a sample Wedding Brunch and Appetizer Station Menu.

You may select a package or we will assist you in customizing your menu to suit your budget and requirements.  Instead of entrees, you may wish to serve a selection of appetizers or food stations. We have a Spanish Style dinner buffet, a Southern inspired buffet, a Caribbean theme,  a Cuban-American style menu and even a Wedding BBQ.  So just call us regarding these options..  Vegetarian dishes also available. We are very flexible, The client's wishes are always important to us.  This is indeed your special day and the Gourmet Catering and Coordination team will do their utmost to help make everything just wonderful.

We will decorate food tables with flowers and  accent linens to coordinate with bride's colors.
Each table will be escorted to the buffet - bridal party first, then family and guests.  Bride and Groom may be served at their table if preferred.
Plated Service, Butler Passed Foods and Bar Service is available.
Champagne and Cake Service included.

Servers are $125.00 each   Supervisor: $150.00


                                THE STERLING WEDDING BUFFET PACKAGE.
Minimum of 40 guests.

APPETIZERS:   Select two.
1.  Swedish Style Meatballs in a Mushroom Cream Sauce or traditional Marinara Sauce.
2.  Tomato Bruschetta with Garlic Toast Round
3.  Artichoke and Parmesan Dip with Crackers and French Bread.

SALAD:  Garden Salad with Ranch and Vinaigrette or Classic Caesar Salad,

Freshly Baked Rolls  and Butter.

ENTREES:    Please Select One     Add $2.25 pp for two entrees

1. Chicken Marsala:  Breast of Chicken with Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Sauce
2. Herb Encrusted Roasted Loin of Pork with Apple Demi Glace,     
3. Beef Stroganoff with Onions and Mushrooms usually served with Egg Noodles. 
Vegetarian entree available.

Inlcludes Herb Roasted or Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Vegetable Medley.

$16.95 per person, plus tax.  Add $2.25  per person for additional  entrees.

China and Glassware  $2.95 per person

APPETIZER SELECTION:   Please select two items.
1.  Fresh Fruit Display.
2.  International Cheese Display with Assorted Crackers.
3.  Combination Fruit and Cheese Display with Veggie Sticks and Ranch Dip.  
4.  Red Pepper or Traditional Hummus with Crackers and Pita Chips.
5.  Classic Tomato Basil Bruschetta.
6.  Artichoke Parmesan Dip with Tortilla Chips.
7.  Pork Tenderloin with Mango Salsa served with Crostini.
8.  Beef Meat Balls with a Mushroom Cream Sauce or Marinara Sauce.
9.  Caribbean Chicken Kabobs with Pineapple Glaze
10.Spanakopita:  Filo pastry filled with Spinach and Feta Cheese.

4. Chicken Marsala:  Chicken with Mushrooms in Marsala Wine Sauce.

Minimum of 25 - with choice of Omelet Station or Belgium Waffle Station.
If you wish to have both stations,for a brunch for less than 50 guests,
please add $5.50 per person
For functions of 50 plus - two stations are available.

Continental Station:            
Fresh Fruit Salad.          
Assorted Muffins, Danish with Cream Cheese, Petit Croissant with Butter and Strawberry Jam.

Chef Attended Omelet Station:
Fillings:  Diced Ham,  Bell Peppers,  Onion, Tomatoes, Sliced Mushrooms, Grated Cheddar with Hot Sauce and Ketchup.
OR

Chef Attended Belgium Waffle Station:
Freshly made Belgium Waffles, served with Strawberries, Cinnamon Apples, Blueberries, Syrup,
Butter and Whipped Cream.

Both Stations served with Home Fries and Crispy Bacon Strips.
Beverage Station:
Orange and/or Cranberry Juice, Regular and Decaf Coffee and Hot or Iced Tea.

$17.95 per person, plus tax and server charge. Add $150.00 for Chef(s) .
