Create your own a la carte Appetizer Menu: Minimum order of 25 people.
Prices can vary depending on your selection, number of people, market fluctuations etc.,
We will assist you with your selection and cost the menu out for you.
The total cost of your appetizer selection will vary and depends on what items you order and how many appetizers are required per person, if all you wish to serve are appetizers or if you wish to include them with entrees, what time and how long the function will be etc.
There are many variables, so we are happy to assist you with your selection, cost out a menu and offer some sample menus to suite your preferences and requirements.
Please advise what your budget is, this will really help us to assist you in your selection.
It is impossible for us to list everything our talented chefs can prepare, so if you have special requests, require certain ethnic foods or need a menu suitable for a certain theme,
just let us know. With 20 year's experience, we should be able to accommodate you.

International Cheese Display - An array of imported and domestic cheeses served with assorted crackers add Fresh Berries - market price.
Grilled Marinated Vegetable Platter, served with Artisan Breads and Gourmet Crackers.
Petit Croissant Sandwiches:
Vol au Vents - Puff pastry cups filled with your choice of chicken & almond salad, lemon-dill shrimp or artichoke & parmesan salad. Please select two items.
Smoked Salmon Display - with thinly sliced cucumber, hard boiled egg, capers, lemon, red onion etc. (min order 50 guests).
Caprese Skewers - grape tomato & fresh baby mozzarella with fresh basil
Roasted Pork Tenderloin - served with caramelized apples on crostini and bread .
Hummus & Pita Chips - roasted red pepper, spicy garlic or traditional.
Our Gourmet Cheese Fondue- the perfect creamy blend of cheddar & pepper jack cheeses, served with asstorted crackers, cubed bread & crostini.
Baked Brie with Rapberry Glaze or Caramelized Almonds, served with French Bread & Crackers.
Coconut Shrimp (min of 50 pieces) - served with tropical salsa.
Crab, Sausage or Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms (please select two)
Caribbean Chicken Skewers - with peppers, pineapple and a pineapple glaze.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers. - with Burgundy glaze.
Sausage en Croute - Fresh Italian sausage bites, wrapped in a puff pastry and baked golden brown.
Spanish Beef Empanadas or Mushroom Empanadas - Served with pico de gallo.
Penne Pasta - with choice of Alfredo or Meat Sauce - toppings Grilled Chicken, Zucchini,
Scallions, Tomatoes, Olives and Parmesan - served with Garlic Bread Sticks.
Chef Attended Appetizer Stations
Chef Attended Carved Roasted Appetizer Meats served with assorted French bread and dinner rolls. (Add $150.00 for Chef) Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna Roasted Roasted Leg of Lamb Rosemary PASTA STATIONS - Self Serve or Chef Attended at $150 for Chef.

All Service Staff and Bartender - $125 per staff. member.
