One entree is listed price.  Additional Cost for two entrees. 
Potatoes, rice are $2.75 per peortion.  Vegetables are $4.25 per portion. 
Mixed field green salad or caesar salad,  $3.25 per portion. assorted dinner rolls & butter.



All Dinner entrees include Mashed or Oven Roasted Potatoes,  Bsmati Rice, Fresh Vegetables, and Tossed Mixed Greens with Mandarin Oranges, Grape Tomatoes and Sliced Cucumber with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch.

Succulant chicken breast with a champagne cream sauce. Served over wild rice.

 

Chicken Marsala - $21.00

Pan seared chicken breast, sauteed mushrooms, & marsala wine sauce. Served over mushroom basmati rice.

 

Apple & Apricot Stuffed Pork Loin - $22.00

Boneless, center cut pork chop, stuffed with chefs blend of fresh herbs, spices, apples & apricots. Served with apple  demi glace sauce and garlic roasted red bliss mashed potatoes.

 

Beef Beaujolais - $22.00

Tender braised beef with red wine, pearl onion, & mushrooms. Served over gorgonzola red bliss mashed potatoes.

 

Beef Stroganoff - $19.00

Tender sirloin of beef, onions & mushrooms in a classic brown sauce, finished with sour cream. Served over rice pilaf or egg noodles.

Salmon, poached in fresh dill & white wine & served with a dill cream sauce. Served with rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Carving stations are accompanied by a mixed field  green salad or caesar salad, red bliss garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, assorted rolls & butter.

Sliced vine ripe tomatoes & fresh mozzarella, shingled over wild greens & topped with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

 

Mandarin Walnut Salad

Select wild greens, tomatoes, cucumber, mandarin oranges, & spiced walnuts. Served with chef's own orange-poppy seed dressing.

Individual Mousse Bombs: Chocolate Cake Topped with Mousse and Dipped in Milk Chocolate:     $3.25 per person .
